We are looking for an experienced Tele Marketing Team Leader with 7–8 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to lead and manage the telemarketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer enquiries, improving team performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve lead generation and appointment targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for residential projects, apartments, villas, and plots.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, lead conversions, and team performance.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Train team members on calling techniques, customer handling, and lead conversion strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate customer details and lead records in CRM software.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Develop strategies to improve calling productivity and lead quality.




- Ensure the team achieves monthly targets and follows company processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- 7–8 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Prior experience in leading and managing a telemarketing team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in real estate lead generation, customer follow-ups, and site visit coordination.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Solid target-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in real estate companies handling apartments, villas, plots, or residential projects.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve lead generation targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
