We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor key sales performance indicators.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and proper billing procedures.
- Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
