Senior Admission Counselor – UG/PG Online Courses

Location: A-18, Sector 59, Noida (Near Edtech Creative, Second Floor)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor with 4–5 years of experience in counseling students and working professionals for UG and PG online degree programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online education counseling, lead conversion, and end-to-end admission management.

Candidates with prior experience in counseling for Amity University Online and Manipal University Online will be highly preferred. Candidates currently working with or having previous experience at Jaro Education will receive preference for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals for UG and PG online degree programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Counsel candidates specifically for Amity University Online and Manipal University Online programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, university options, admission procedures, documentation, and fee structures.
- Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable online degree programs.
- Manage the complete admission cycle, from initial counseling to application completion and enrollment.




- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and admissions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and lead conversion abilities.
- Good understanding of online UG and PG degree programs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong relationship management and objection-handling skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 4–5 years of experience in education counseling, online education sales, or higher education admissions.
- Prior experience counseling candidates for Amity University Online and Manipal University Online is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience at Jaro Education will be given preference.
- A proven track record of achieving admission and revenue targets is desirable.
