Job Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to US patients.
- Schedule dental checkups and treatment appointments.
- Explain dental services to patients.
- Handle patient queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Update appointment details in the CRM system.
- Meet daily calling, booking, and quality targets.
- Work with the team to improve appointment conversions.
Key Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST
- Work arrangement:
Work from office Only
- Employment: Full-time

Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduation in any stream.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A neutral English accent will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working the night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn dental terms and CRM software.
- Previous experience is not required.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
