- Design and develop various conveyor systems (belt, roller, chain, screw, etc.) and related components as per project and client requirements.
- R&D; for new product development.
- Conduct feasibility studies, perform complex engineering calculations (e.g., load analysis, drive sizing, power transmission), and evaluate the viability of design concepts.
- Create detailed 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
- Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed technical specifications for procurement and manufacturing teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, electrical engineers, manufacturing personnel, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions to improve the performance, cost-efficiency,



and reliability of existing systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all design revisions, test results, and project records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: [3+] years of proven experience in designing conveyor systems or material handling equipment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Inventor, UG NX).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural design, GD&T;, and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards related to conveyor design, capacity, and safety.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree any

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
