ABOUT THE ROLE

The PRO & Admissions Executive will represent the institution to students, parents, partner institutes, and other stakeholders. The position spans three areas of responsibility: admissions, public relations, and talent acquisition, and plays a central role in the institution’s growth and reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Admissions: Manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to admission closure, and oversee the post-admission process to ensure a smooth transition for every student.

Public Relations: Handle parent-related concerns promptly and professionally, build partnerships with other institutes, expand the institution’s brand visibility, and establish professional relationships with different stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition:



Play an active role in talent acquisition, supporting the identification, outreach, and onboarding of quality faculty and staff.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with three to five years of experience in admissions, public relations, marketing, sales, or student counselling, preferably within the education sector.

The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Kannada; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi will be an added advantage. The candidate should be persuasive yet empathetic in counselling situations, well-organised in managing multiple responsibilities, willing to travel during admission season, and aligned with the values and ethos of the institution.
