Documed Healthcare LLP is hiring Medical Scribes to support U.S.-based healthcare providers through accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SOAP notes, Initial Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Re-Evaluations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to meet daily productivity goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- Excellent written English and medical terminology.
- Solid attention to detail and computer proficiency.
- Prior medical scribing or clinical documentation experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English
