Go Global Tours & Travels is a fast-growing international travel company offering tour packages to top destinations like Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Baku, Vietnam, Georgia, Japan, Almaty, Europe, Australia, and more. We are looking for a motivated Travel Executive to join our team and assist customers with their travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries and communicate with customers via call, WhatsApp, and email.

- Suggest suitable international travel packages based on customer preferences and budget.

- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details.

- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and tour partners for bookings.

- Manage booking confirmations, payments, and documentation processes.





- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up for conversions.

- Keep updated knowledge of travel destinations, visa rules, and current offers.

- Maintain records and daily reporting.

Requirements

- Prior experience in travel industry preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Robust communication skills in English & Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of international destinations is an advantage.

- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
