Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and appointments.
- Inform customers about Hyundai vehicles, offers, and dealership services.
- Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and service appointments.
- Maintain customer records and update lead information.
- Build robust customer relationships through professional communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite,
and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
