EDSS is looking for a responsible and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Candidates with a Civil Engineering background are preferred. Freshers who are eager to learn and capable of handling on-site responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Coordinate with workers, engineers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Report site progress, issues,
and delays to management.
- Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and other construction-related activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and drawings is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations as required.
- Ability to take responsibility, solve practical problems, and work effectively in a team.
