Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RMC plant.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of ready-mix concrete.
- Supervise plant operators, drivers, technicians, and other staff.
- Monitor concrete quality and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Manage raw materials, stock, and inventory.
- Ensure proper maintenance of batching plants, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, transport, and site teams.
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily production, dispatch, and plant performance reports.

Requirements:

* Experience in managing an RMC plant or concrete batching plant.

* Robust knowledge of concrete production, plant operations, and maintenance.

* Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage manpower, production schedules, and dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
