Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Infrastructure Administration Specialist with strong expertise in Teamcenter installation, configuration, administration, and infrastructure management. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, setting maintenance, upgrades, security, and performance optimization of Teamcenter PLM environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end installation, configuration, and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments from scratch.
- Administer and maintain Teamcenter infrastructure, including patch management, version upgrades, and environment troubleshooting.
- Install and configure core Teamcenter modules, including PLM and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage Teamcenter environments on Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Configure and maintain Docker-based Teamcenter environments.
- Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Dispatcher, and Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TcRA).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure system availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to support deployments and production environments.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow infrastructure management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–12 years of overall industry experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on PLM experience, including Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in Teamcenter installation, administration, configuration, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter versions 25.12, 26.06, or later.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Experience with Docker-based configurations and deployments.
- Expertise in installing and configuring Teamcenter PLM and Quality/QMS modules.
- Experience managing SSO, Dispatcher, and Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TcRA).
- Knowledge of Teamcenter upgrades, patch management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience managing enterprise-level Teamcenter infrastructure and production environments.
- Ability to handle end-to-end deployments, upgrades, and complex infrastructure issues.
- Strong coordination skills and a focus on system stability, security, and performance.
