- Membership Sales & Lead Management: Inbound inquiries, tour prospects, handle membership sign-ups, and execute retention outreach.
- Team Supervision: Train, schedule, and support front desk staff and shift leads.
- Studio Maintenance & Inventory: Monitor studio cleanliness, maintain supplies inventory, and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Administrative & Billing: Process payments, resolve billing queries, manage member accounts, and track basic operational metrics.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate studio events, challenges, and local marketing activations to build solid community culture.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
