Job Profile:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced CA with strong litigation experience, legal drafting skills, and knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation Laws.

Position Details:

Designation: Sr. Associate – Legal

Location: Baner, Pune (Near Balewadi Phata)
Experience: 2–4 Years Experience
Qualification: CA/CMA/LLB

Key Responsibilities
Litigation and Court Representation: Represent clients before Courts, Tribunals, ITAT, and statutory authorities in taxation and corporate legal matters. Legal Drafting amp; Documentation: Draft writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, recovery notices, replies, and other legal documents. Direct amp; Indirect Tax Litigation: Handle matters related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax, including appeals and hearings. Legal Advisory amp; Compliance: Provide legal advice on taxation, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, and IPR, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining litigation records.

Required Skills





Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation Laws.
Experience in litigation and appearing before Courts/Tribunals.
Valid Sanad and practical knowledge of court procedures.
Excellent legal drafting, research, and interpretation skills.
Knowledge of Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, and IPR.
Familiarity with filing procedures before District Courts, JMFC Courts, High Courts, and ITAT.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently coordinate and manage legal matters.

Experience in Direct Tax or Indirect Tax litigation. Exposure to GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax litigation will be an added advantage. Candidates with strong legal drafting and client advisory experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹950,000.00 per year
