Shift : Night (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to the potential international clients/ customers from the data/ list provided or through self generated leads.
Qualifying leads by understanding customers requirements, needs, interest and accordingly pitching the services.
Adopting a strategic approach to increase the sales and winning new businesses.
Updating the prospects information into the CRM system and collaborating with the sales team to refine pitches.
Meet or exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly targets for calls made, lead generated, and appointment set.
Regular report on performance metrics and progress towards sales targets.
Should have the ability to learn and grow with the organization.
