Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, understand their preferences, and guide them through our fragrance collections with tailored recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our perfume notes, concentrations, and brand stories to educate and assist customers.
Sales & Targets: Actively drive sales, promote special offers, and achieve individual and store targets.
Store Maintenance: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure counters and testers are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Inventory & POS Operations: Assist with inventory checks, restock products, and handle cash register transactions smoothly.
