Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with robust expertise in Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination between business, risk, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project governance activities, including steering committees, working groups, project plans, and status reporting.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Trading, and Technology teams.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Support strategic initiatives related to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk.




- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets project management.
- Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Front Office Risk projects.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, risk management processes, and risk frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
- Experience working with global investment banks or financial institutions is preferred.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Market Risk, or Risk Change teams.
- Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
- Immediate to 30 days' notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
