Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by management.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to convince customers and handle calls confidently.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Perks
