A bartender/barista prepares and serves hot coffee beverages, alcoholic drinks, and food while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating espresso machines and POS systems, maintaining a clean workspace, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates have robust communication skills and experience in both mixology and coffee preparation.

- Beverage Preparation: Crafting espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty cocktails according to recipes.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders accurately, providing recommendations, and managing transactions.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a sanitary, organized bar area, including cleaning equipment and washing glassware.
- Inventory & Stocking: Restocking supplies (beans, liquor, cups, ice) and managing inventory levels.
- Equipment Maintenance:



Operating and cleaning coffee grinders, brewers, and espresso machines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a barista, bartender, or in a customer service role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and cocktail mixing techniques.
- Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
