Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Talent Bridge’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, creatives, and promotional content.
- Assist with content planning and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
- Conduct hashtag research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Support SEO activities, including basic keyword research and website content optimization.
- Research potential audiences, business prospects, and relevant industry trends.
- Assist with lead generation campaigns and digital outreach activities.
- Monitor post engagement, reach, impressions, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Explore digital marketing tools, AI-powered content tools, and new growth strategies.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Interest in content creation, branding, SEO, and online marketing.




- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, or social media analytics is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers and students interested in building practical digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
