We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller Cum Counsellor to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right services.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients by phone to explain available services.
- Understand client needs and provide clear, relevant information and guidance.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or centre visits.
- Maintain accurate call records and update client information in the system.
- Meet call, follow-up, and enrolment targets while maintaining a helpful, skilled approach.
- Coordinate with the centre team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales.
- Strong spoken communication and active listening skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
- Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.
