US Healthcare Recruiter – Night Shift

About the Role

Krishna Talent & Culture is looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals for the US staffing market and be comfortable working in the night shift.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for various healthcare positions across the USA.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit candidates for US healthcare positions such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand candidate experience, skills, certifications, licenses, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment system.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.




- Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment requirements and client-specific hiring processes.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to understand client requirements.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
- Experience in US staffing/recruitment is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of US healthcare job roles, recruitment processes, and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience with ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment databases will be an advantage.

Shift & Work Model

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
