Your work profile:

- We are looking for a director – SAP Testing to lead enterprise-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.
- Define and drive the SAP Testing & Quality Engineering strategy.
- Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
- Own SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, integration, performance, data migration, and automation testing.
- Establish testing governance, standards, frameworks, KPIs, and quality metrics.
- Drive test automation and continuous testing using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Partner with SAP, business, technology, and SI teams to manage quality, risks, and defects.




- Lead and mentor large testing teams and manage external vendors/partners.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and reduction of production defects.

Key skills required:

- We are looking for a director – SAP Testing with 15 years of exp to lead enterprise-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.
- Define and drive the SAP Testing & Quality Engineering strategy.
- Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
