We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage daily operations at our branding and creative agency. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, a creative mindset, and an eye for quality. The candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain high creative standards, and collaborate with the team to develop cutting-edge branding ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Plan, organize, and oversee daily agency operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with designers, creative teams, and other departments to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
- Creative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for branding, advertising, campaigns, and visual communication.
- Quality Control: Review and check all creative outputs, including designs, branding materials, presentations, and campaign deliverables, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality execution.
- Project Management: Monitor project timelines, deadlines, task allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative materials align with the client's brand identity, visual guidelines, messaging, and overall brand strategy.
- Process Improvement: Develop and improve internal workflows, approval processes, and operational systems to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Client Coordination:



Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, communicate feedback, manage revisions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Resource and Budget Management: Manage team resources, project budgets, production costs, and vendor coordination to maintain operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, team performance, quality standards, and operational goals, and report updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a branding, advertising, design, or creative agency.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for branding and marketing projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design quality and brand consistency.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with creative workflows, design processes, and client approval cycles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and office applications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
