Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in apartment construction projects to oversee project execution, operations, teams, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end apartment construction projects, from planning to handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality control.
- Lead and coordinate project managers, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Provide regular project progress reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with substantial apartment project experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
