Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote ICA Edu Skills' educational programs, generate student leads, and increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote educational courses and programs offered by ICA Edu Skills.
- Generate leads through field marketing, promotional activities, campaigns, and local outreach.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career counselling activities, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the admission counsellors to convert leads into student admissions.
- Manage local marketing activities, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:





- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve marketing targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
