About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Generalist with AI to join the 3DTRIXS production team.

The role involves working across different stages of the 3D production pipeline, including 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and compositing, while also using modern AI tools to improve creative development and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong 3D fundamentals, a good visual sense, and an interest in combining traditional 3D workflows with AI-powered image and video generation for product visualization, advertising, animation, CGI, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, environments, products, props, and visual assets
- Handle modeling, UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, rendering, and basic animation
- Create photorealistic and stylized 3D visuals based on client briefs and references
- Develop product visualizations, CGI advertisements, animation shots, and promotional content
- Set up realistic materials, reflections, shadows, lighting, and camera compositions
- Create product hero shots, close-ups, environments, and cinematic camera angles
- Optimize 3D assets and scenes for efficient production and rendering
- Work with creative references, storyboards, scripts, and client requirements
- Maintain consistency in products, materials, lighting, environments, and overall visual quality
- Use AI image and video generation tools to support concept development and production
- Generate AI-based references, moodboards, backgrounds, environments, textures, and visual variations
- Use AI tools for image enhancement, inpainting, upscaling, ideation, and creative experimentation
- Integrate AI-generated visual elements into 3D and post-production workflows where required
- Write and refine prompts for generating useful image and video references
- Explore AI-assisted workflows that can improve production speed and visual quality




- Work closely with animation, VFX, video editing, and creative teams
- Review renders and identify issues related to geometry, materials, lighting, composition, and realism
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
- Follow project timelines and deliver production-ready assets

3D Skills

- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and asset creation
- Good knowledge of UV mapping and texturing
- Understanding of PBR materials and realistic shading
- Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, reflections, and rendering
- Good sense of camera angles, composition, perspective, and framing
- Understanding of product visualization and photorealistic rendering
- Basic to intermediate animation skills
- Understanding of rendering optimization and scene management
- Knowledge of compositing and post-production workflows
- Strong attention to visual details and accuracy

AI & Creative Skills

- Familiarity with AI image and video generation workflows
- Ability to create effective prompts for visual generation
- Understanding of text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video workflows
- Ability to use AI-generated references within a 3D production pipeline
- Familiarity with AI workflows for concept development, backgrounds, textures, visual variations, and enhancement
- Ability to identify AI-generated errors and refine outputs
- Strong creative thinking and visual imagination
- Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and production techniques

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of professional experience in 3D design, CGI, animation,



product visualization, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of one or more 3D applications such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D
- Experience with rendering engines such as Cycles, V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Redshift, or similar
- Knowledge of Substance Painter, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for image or video creation is preferred
- Good understanding of the complete 3D production pipeline
- Ability to understand creative briefs and reproduce required visual references
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and revisions
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Solid interest in CGI, animation, advertising, product visualization, and generative AI
- Willingness to continuously learn new 3D and AI workflows

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should submit a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work such as:

- 3D modeling
- Product visualization
- Texturing and materials
- Lighting and rendering
- CGI or advertising visuals
- Animation
- Photorealistic renders
- AI-assisted 3D or visual work, if available

A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D fundamentals, visual quality, and production skills will be given preference.
