Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including manpower, recruitment, employee performance, discipline, engagement, compliance and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage HR operations, attendance, leave & employee records

* Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding & replacements

* Implement & monitor PMS / KPI and employee performance

* Manage employee grievances, discipline & retention

* Identify training needs & coordinate development programs

* Monitor attrition, absenteeism, manpower gaps & productivity

* Ensure HR policies, SOPs .

* Prepare HR MIS & management reports

* Coordinate with Branch Managers, Department Heads & Management





* Support management in HR decisions and process improvement

Experience

* 2+ years in HR admin role

* In-store experience preferred
