A reputed mobile phone distribution company is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives / Salesmen to support its distribution operations across Trivandrum District.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹10,000 per month
- Total Monthly Package: ₹25,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Paid Leave: 1 day per month
Job Responsibilities
- Visit mobile phone retailers along assigned sales routes.
- Generate orders and ensure proper stock placement at retail outlets.
- Collect outstanding payments from retailers and ensure their timely settlement with the distribution office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Identify recent retail outlets and expand market coverage.
- Manage daily sales activities, order follow-ups, and payment collections.
Work Location & Coverage
- Office Location: Attingal
- Sales Territory: Trivandrum District
- Each salesperson will be assigned a specific route within the district.
- Candidates will be responsible only for their assigned sales territory.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales or mobile distribution is preferred.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Trivandrum retail market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling payment collections effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
