- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience with payroll processing and employee lifecycle management within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Competence in customizing SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
