Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Engineer – MEP to join our team in Kasaragod Project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works, with strong knowledge of project execution, coordination, quality control, and site management.

Experience in high-rise MEP projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate MEP works at the project site.
- Manage the execution of electrical and/or mechanical services in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings and identify discrepancies or design issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed within the planned timelines.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with applicable standards, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and other services.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, and utilization at site.
- Prepare and maintain necessary reports, checklists, inspection requests, and project documentation.




- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to project safety procedures and quality control requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering/project execution.
- Experience in high-rise MEP projects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Solid knowledge of MEP installation and construction practices.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering/design software will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Kasaragod.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
