Job Description
IntouchCX is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in domestic or international BPO voice processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound and/or outbound voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet process-specific performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and established service procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic or international BPO voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Freshers are not eligible for this requirement.
