- Age Limit: 21–32 years
- Salary: ₹20,100 CTC + ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift: Night/rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of BPO processes.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work night or rotational shifts.
