We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our organization's compensation and benefits programs. The AVP- C&B; will be responsible for developing competitive and equitable C&B; strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, market analysis, and HRIS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation strategies, including base pay, variable pay (short-term and long-term incentives), and sales compensation plans.
- Oversee the design, communication, and administration of all employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and advantages programs.
- Lead job evaluation and salary structure design processes, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.




- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA).
- Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants for benefits administration and compensation surveys.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to provide expert advice and guidance on C&B; matters, supporting talent management and organizational development initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) to manage C&B; data, generate reports, and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and manage the C&B; budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of C&B; professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Communicate C&B; programs and policies effectively to employees at all levels, ensuring understanding and appreciation of total rewards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the C&B; function, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
