Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for creative and promotional materials.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team.




- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and advertising.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
