We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. If you have solid communication skills, experience in digital marketing agencies, and the ability to coordinate sales activities efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Website Services industry
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or business development support
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead follow-ups
- Knowledge of digital marketing services such as Web Design, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Content Creation
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM management and sales processes

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with prospects and clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients




- Support in negotiations and deal closures
- Follow up on pending payments and client communications
- Maintain CRM/database and track sales progress
- Attend client meetings and assist during presentations and discussions
- Coordinate internally with design and marketing teams for a smooth project handover
