Roles & Responsibilities:
❖ Handle client calls, emails and messages professionally and promptly.
❖ Coordination with buyers and internal teams.
❖ Excellent customer support and service satisfaction.
❖ Convert leads into confirmed orders.
❖ Maintain and update customer databases (contacts, preferences, purchase history etc.,)
❖ Provide accurate information about products and services.
❖ Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
❖ Regular Follow ups.
❖ Close deals within approved pricing guidelines and achieve sales.
❖ Update CRM and submit daily reports.
