About the Role

We are hiring a Web Consultant for domestic sales to connect with businesses across India, understand their requirements and recommend suitable website and digital marketing solutions.

This is a B2B sales role involving cold calling, lead generation, client consultation, follow-ups, pitching, negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound calls, online prospecting, referrals and client visits.
- Connect with business owners, decision-makers and prospective B2B clients across India.
- Understand client requirements and pitch website development, website redesign, e-commerce, SEO and digital marketing services.
- Handle the sales process from initial contact and lead qualification to presentations, follow-ups, negotiation and deal closure.
- Explain suitable web solutions to businesses looking to build, improve or redesign their websites.
- Maintain client records, follow-ups and sales pipelines using CRM or other tools.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in web sales, B2B sales, business development, telesales,



inside sales, field sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, follow-ups and target-based work.
- Ability to understand client needs, present services confidently, handle objections and move sales opportunities towards closure.
- Experience in website sales, web consulting, IT sales, software sales, SEO or digital marketing sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn about digital services and business solutions.
