About the Role Join Narayana eKIDZ and shape the future of early literacy!

We are seeking a trained Phonics qualified to develop and strengthen our play-based, tech-enabled phonics curriculum and empower our educators. If you are passionate about early reading and writing and the "4Cs" (Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking), we want you on our team.

What You Will Do Curriculum Design – Planning & Assessment: Develop a structured and developmentally appropriate phonics and early literacy framework, starting with annual academic planning, followed by monthly planning, day-wise planning, and detailed lesson plans. Align the sequence with the Phonics approach: the 42 letter sounds, letter formation, blending, identifying sounds in words, and tricky words. Design engaging hands-on activities, modules, classroom resources, and parent–child home-learning assignments, using actions, songs, stories, and multisensory play. Develop age-appropriate assessment tools, including picture-based and observational assessments, to monitor sound knowledge, blending and segmenting skills, learning outcomes, and children's overall progress.

Teacher Training & Capacity Building: Develop training manuals, facilitator resources, and workshop modules aligned with the curriculum.



Conduct training sessions to equip early childhood educators with effective Phonics teaching strategies, correct sound pronunciation, classroom practices, assessment techniques, and activity implementation skills. Observe classrooms, give constructive feedback, and mentor teachers on an ongoing basis.

What We Are Looking For Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field.

Certification: Trained and certified in Phonics .

Experience: 4+ years in early years teaching, with strong hands-on experience in teaching phonics, curriculum design, and academic planning.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of child development milestones (ages 3-6), early literacy development, and NEP/NCF guidelines.
