Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, improve customer retention, and drive repeat sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, managing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, leads, inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Manage WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other customer communication campaigns.
- Segment customers based on purchase behavior and engagement.
- Follow up with existing customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, orders, and communication.
- Help improve customer experience and overall CRM processes.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CRM software and customer management.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, email marketing, or SMS campaigns is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of e-commerce/retail customer lifecycle is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Retail, Inside Sales, will be preferred.

Education

Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / equivalent qualification.
