Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and other power supply equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to attend service complaints, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure quality service, timely complaint resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, renewals, and monthly business targets.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and coordinate with the service team.
- Submit daily service reports, expense vouchers, and other required documentation.
- Escalate technical issues to seniors and participate in technical training.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical,
Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers may apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical equipment and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel for field service visits.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
