Ashdon Interior is a leading commercial Interior Developer in pan India. With a focus on systematic and aesthetically pleasing solutions, we optimize spaces to enhance the user experience.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head to manage end-to-end procurement for interior works. The role involves vendor management, onboarding, rate negotiations, cost control and timely delivery of materials and services across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors, suppliers, trade contractors and Labour Contractors and Labours across interior fit-out categories.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, annual rate contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure all purchases align with approved drawings, BOQs and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials at sites.
- Monitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure quality, compliance and timely resolution of supply issues.
- Maintain vendor databases,



rate comparisons, purchase records and procurement trackers.
- Lead and guide the Purchase Executive to ensure efficient procurement operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in vendor management, rate negotiations and handling multiple material and service categories.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software or systems.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of prior relevant experience

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
