We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing Spiritual & Wellness E-Commerce brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming online orders, verifying customer details, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmation.
- Verify customer addresses and order details before dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
- Follow up on pending and unconfirmed orders.
- Maintain daily calling records and update order statuses.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team.
- Help reduce order cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin).
- Achieve daily calling and order confirmation targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English knowledge preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous telecalling or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
