AVM Labs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Blood Collection Technicians (BCTs) to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen client relationships and expand our presence across GCC and Indian markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in building long-term business relationships

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain client records and provide regular business development reports.

Eligibility:

Known Languages:

Telugu, Hindi, Kanada, English

Qualification:





- DMLT
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Allied Health Science graduates (Blood Collection Experience)

Experience:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Experienced phlebotomists are preferred.

Required Skills:

- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

- CTC: 3 LPA
- Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ■2,000/month (included in salary)
- Laptop is mandatory; company does not provide one.
- Accommodation and food are not provided.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
