Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Management Trainees. Candidates will gain practical exposure to financial services, investment opportunities, investor relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and connecting with potential investors and clients.
- Support fundraising activities and capital-raising initiatives.
- Conduct basic market research and identify investment opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support client acquisition and relationship management activities.




- Generate leads through networking, research, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain client databases and prepare regular activity reports.
- Learn about real estate investments, financial products, and investment processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / MBA Marketing / PGDM Marketing.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance, investments, sales, or business development.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
- Willingness to learn, interact with clients, and work towards business targets.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
