Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end verification and validation activities across functional and non-functional testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test infrastructure.
- Validate cloud, hybrid, virtualized, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and optimize CI/CD-driven test automation pipelines.
- Drive performance, scalability, resilience, and security testing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, architecture, and quality teams.
- Produce test evidence, quality reports, and release readiness assessments.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion quality engineering best practices.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in software testing, verification, validation, or quality engineering.
- Strong automation experience using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, Cucumber, or similar.
- Programming expertise in Python, Java, C++, or C#.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile development, SDLC, software testing methodologies, and quality processes.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing, intelligent test automation, or AI/ML solution validation. - Must Have
- Strong Linux/Windows scripting and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Industrial Software, SCADA, MES, Historian, or OT environments.
- ISTQB, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, VMware, or AI/ML certifications.
- Experience with observability, performance engineering, security testing, MLOps, or SRE practices.
