- Production Targets: Drive day-to-day operations to ensure production schedules, volume targets, and client delivery timelines are consistently met.
- Capacity Optimization: Oversee the utilization of High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Low-Pressure (LPDC), or Gravity Die Casting (GDC) machinery to maximize throughput and minimize cycle times.
- Scrap & Yield Management: Maintain direct accountability over casting yields and lead major cost-cutting programs through aggressive scrap reduction
Technical Leadership & Tooling Control
- Tooling & Mold Lifecycle: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering changes of high-value die-casting tools and molds to minimize machine breakdown time. [1, 2]
- Advanced Engineering: Guide product development teams in DFM (Design for Manufacturability) studies, mold flow analysis, and technological innovations (e.g., alloy design or metallurgical upgrades).
- Modernization & Automation: Introduce current technologies, manufacturing software, and advanced machinery to upgrade legacy plant capabilities
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
