Job Title: Analyst - PMO
Location: Pune
Shift Time: 2PM-11PM IST/ 3PM-12 AM IST

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized PMO Analyst to support delivery leadership and project teams across the organization. The role will focus on governance, reporting, operational coordination, stakeholder management, onboarding activities, timesheet compliance, and delivery reporting. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination for project operations, ensuring adherence to governance processes, timely reporting, and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage project and leadership calendars, governance meetings, and stakeholder communication across teams.
- Organize governance forums, prepare MoMs, track action items, and drive timely closure.
- Prepare delivery dashboards, management reports, and project status updates for leadership review.
- Support resource onboarding, new joiner coordination, project allocations, and timesheet compliance activities.
- Maintain project trackers, governance documentation, RAID logs, and operational records.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, reporting standards, and governance frameworks while supporting leadership with delivery and operational reporting.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Administration, or Delivery Operations roles within IT Services or Consulting organizations.
- Solid experience in governance reporting, stakeholder coordination, meeting management,



and action tracking.
- Experience managing timesheet compliance, resource tracking, onboarding activities, and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and reporting tools, with strong documentation and governance skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
