Job Description: Investor Onboarding Executive
Department: Investor Onboarding Team
Reports To: Team Lead – Investor Onboarding Role

Summary: The Investor Onboarding Executive will be responsible for engaging with newly registered customers through outbound calls. The primary objective is to educate customers about the platform, understand their investment intent, reduce onboarding drop-offs, and improve signup-to-KYC conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to newly registered customers through outbound calls immediately after signup
- Introduce customers to the BondScanner platform and explain the investment journey
- Understand customer requirements, investment interest, and intent
- Educate customers on available investment products and platform advantages
- Assist customers with onboarding-related queries before KYC completion
- Identify interested and high-intent customers and route them to the concerned team for immediate assistance
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers who have not completed KYC or onboarding steps




- Reduce onboarding and customer drop-offs through effective communication and engagement
- Maintain accurate customer interaction details and updates in CRM systems
- Ensure all interactions follow company guidelines and customer experience standards

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language preferred)
- Strong customer engagement and persuasion skills
- Good listening and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple manner
- Basic CRM handling skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer onboarding, or customer engagement Fintech Experience is preferred
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
