Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Offline Promoter to engage directly with drivers in the field, generate registrations, and assist them with the verification and onboarding process for taxi service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit driver hotspots, taxi stands, transport hubs, parking areas, and other relevant locations to identify potential drivers.

- Interact with drivers in person and explain the verification and onboarding process.

- Promote the company's driver verification and onboarding services.

- Generate leads, encourage driver registrations, and support the completion of applications.

- Guide drivers on the required documentation and help them submit the necessary details for verification.

- Coordinate with the internal verification team to track application progress and resolve driver queries.

- Conduct field campaigns, awareness drives, and driver outreach activities.

- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads generated, registrations, and successful onboardings.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly driver acquisition targets.

Requirements





- Valuable interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

- Ability to build rapport with drivers and explain processes clearly.

- Knowledge of local areas and driver communities is an advantage.

- Basic smartphone and data-entry skills.

- Previous experience in field sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, or driver onboarding is preferred.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of drivers approached and engaged.

- Number of leads and registrations generated.

- Number of drivers successfully verified and onboarded.

- Conversion rate from field leads to completed onboarding.

- - Achievement of assigned targets and quality of submitted applications.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
